Work is taking up most of my life this summer, and it’s having interesting side effects! Like…
- I appreciate any time I have alone at home.
- I love the feeling of walking into the sun more than ever because I’m usually in a very controlled, air conditioned environment.
- I so want to hang out with people more but instead I go home, do some stuff on my own, then knock out!
Mmm. The long weekend will be so nice : )

Me: I’m going to play!
SVP: What? Play what?
Me: Play! in the sun!
SVP: ??! *look of disbelief* Are you FIVE or something?
Me: (yes…?)
